The parties’ and property details must match the land register, and the document must contain the necessary declarations and certifications.
Contact a notary public or lawyer
The authorised person prepares and electronically sends the application and attachments to the competent land-register court.
Pay prescribed fees and costs
The amount depends on the application type, decision, possible exemption and the authorised person’s fee.
Follow the pending entry and case status
After the application is received, check that a pending entry has been recorded and follow the court’s decision.
Check the completed registration
After the decision becomes final, obtain a current extract and confirm that the owner, share and property are correctly registered.
