How we review guides
Papiri.hr makes administrative procedures easier to understand, but it does not replace the institution that decides on your individual application. Every guide lists official sources and distinguishes confirmed information from details that can vary by city or institution.
We start with official sources
Guides are based on information from institutions responsible for the procedure, such as MUP, HZZO, HZMO, HZZ, gov.hr and Narodne novine. You can open the sources used for each guide at the bottom of its page.
The date reflects a real editorial review
The “Editorially reviewed” label and date mean that a person compared the guide with official sources. The date does not change merely because a link is technically available.
Automation alerts us, it does not rewrite guidance
We regularly monitor the availability and changes of recorded official sources. A change can be only new navigation or a redesigned page, so a person reviews every alert before changing a guide. Administrative guidance is never rewritten automatically.
Local rules are marked as local
A price, deadline, opening hours or application method can depend on a city, provider or individual institution. When that applies, the guide points to the relevant official local source instead of presenting a local rule as one for all of Croatia.
Report a difference you noticed
If a procedure, price, document or link differed from a guide, send us a report through the contact form. It starts an editorial review and does not change guide text automatically.
