Conditions include being at least 65 years old and receiving your own pension.

Check survivor-pension status and the limit
Total Croatian pension income must be within the applicable limit.

Submit a separate application to HZMO
Submit the completed form to the regional service because payment of a part does not start automatically.

The part is calculated from the survivor's pension entitlement and statutory percentage.
