Important notes

  • Exact dates change every school year; always use the current decision and system notices.
  • A candidate earns the right to enrol in the highest-priority programme where they are within the quota.
  • Failure to submit the enrolment form or special documents by the deadline can mean losing the earned right to enrol.
  • Programmes with additional assessments or health requirements have earlier and special deadlines.
  • Candidates who completed part of their education abroad have additional obligations to submit and recognise documentation.

Common mistakes

  • Not ranking programmes by the candidate’s true preference.
  • Not checking details and grades transferred from e-Matica.
  • Missing a deadline for an additional aptitude check or medical certificate.
  • Not submitting the signed enrolment form after the final ranking list.
  • Assuming a position on a list before it is locked guarantees final enrolment.
