    Check the current calendar

    NCVVO publishes the registration, change, withdrawal, payment and examination deadlines for every school year.

    Sign in to Postani student

    Check personal data, grades and status; report inaccuracies immediately to your school or competent institution.

  3. 3

    Choose exams and levels

    In “My selection”, also check exams the system automatically added because of selected study programmes.

  4. 4

    Submit additional documentation

    If you are not a regular pupil or request adjustments, follow NCVVO’s special instructions and deadlines.

  5. 5

    Confirm registration and check charges

    Before the deadline, check the final list of exams, levels and any payment obligation again.

Important notes

  • Selecting a study programme can automatically register exams, but deleting the programme does not necessarily delete those exams.
  • Late registrations and changes after the regular deadline are allowed only under published rules and justified reasons.
  • An unpaid charge can result in automatic withdrawal from an exam.
  • Other candidates follow a different document-submission process from regular pupils.

Common mistakes

  • Not checking the levels of automatically registered exams.
  • Assuming that deleting a study programme also deletes the linked exam.
  • Sending documents or payment after the published deadline.
  • Not checking data and grades in the system early enough.
