Check your status and the current measure conditions
The measure is for unemployed people registered with HZZ who meet the current call's conditions. Key restrictions include prior business activity, employment and ownership links during the period HZZ states in the conditions.

Prepare a viable business plan
Costs must be justified and connected with the planned activity.

Submit the application before registration
Do not open a craft business or company before a positive decision if you wish to use the measure; in 2026, applications are accepted no later than 30 September or until funds are exhausted.

After approval, register and account for the funds
Follow contractual deadlines, purpose and the business-maintenance period. The maximum amount depends on the business form and activity group: up to EUR 7,000 for a flat-rate craft business, and up to EUR 7,000, 10,000 or 15,000 for other forms.
