Prepare your documents and photo
For an in-person application, prepare an identity document, a biometric photo and your previous passport if you have one.
Pay the production fee
You can pay in advance or by bank card when submitting the application.
Submit the application
Submit it at a police administration or police station that handles administrative matters.
Collect your passport
In the regular procedure, choose in-person collection or delivery in Croatia. A passport issued urgently must be collected in person.

Start the passport e-Application and sign it with the qualified electronic signature on your identity card.
Pay through e-Fees

The Ministry of the Interior checks whether the online application is complete within three working days.
